INS and autoimmune thyroid disease: Regarding the novel miRNAs of M. koenigii, mko-miRN6-5p targeted the highest number (161) of human genes, followed by mko-miRN3-3p (75) and mko-miRN2-3p (62), which are related to insulin secretion, cardiomyopathy, and autoimmune thyroid disease pathways, respectively.
