Tazemetostat is a selective, reversible, small-molecule inhibitor of EZH2 that has been used in clinical trials for refractory non-Hodgkin’s B-cell lymphoma [102,103,104], diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [105], follicular lymphoma [106], and advanced epithelioid sarcoma [107]. Here, EZH2 is linked to B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
