Furthermore, GSEA analysis of the data identified a negative enrichment for tumour related pathways in GFI1-36N and -KD mice blast cells treated with curcumin (Figure A4), potentially explaining the factors contributing to the lower AML incidence (Figure 1D), lower c-kit+ cells in BM and spleen (Figure 2A,B), and the number of blast cells (Appendix Figure A3A,B).
