For KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, 5 of the top 10 enriched pathways were associated with TB-related immune response, such as the Foxo signaling pathway (target genes: PRKAG2, PLK3, TNFSF10, FBXO32, and SGK1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) signaling pathway (TRAF1, IRF1, CSF1, and CEBPB), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K-)/Akt signaling pathway (PIK3R5, MYB, NGFR, SGK1, and CSF1), Rap1 signaling pathway (CTNNB1, CSF1, MRAS, and NGFR), and C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway (IRF1, PLK3, and MRAS; Figure 3B). This evidence concerns the gene PRKAG2 and tuberculosis.
