Negative correlations between TARBP2 and VHL (r = −0.28, p < 0.0001), FBZW7 (r = −0.16, p < 0.0001), TRAF6 (r = −0.41, p < 0.0001), and KLHL20 (r = −0.44, p < 0.0001), which were consistent with in vitro results, were observed in the cohort of human breast cancer tissues (Figure 3B–E), while SIAH1, SPOP, STUB1, and SART1 exhibited no significant correlation with TARBP2 (Figure 3F–I).
