MCTS1 and psoriasis: In conclusion, using CD147−/− mice and bone marrow chimeric mice lacking CD147 in their hematopoietic cells, we demonstrated for the first time based on the findings obtained in this study, we speculate that CD147 contributes to the development of psoriasis via the regulation of T cell glycolysis in association with MCT-1 and that it promotes Th17 cell differentiation.
