When all four genes were combined for analysis, the predicted results showed positive correlations ranging r = 0.43~0.67 of CCNB1 with CDC42, CCNB1 with MAPK7, CCNB1 with CD44, and MAPK7 with CD44 in GBM patients (Figure 4E–H), with positive Pearson correlation coefficients and p < 0.05 considered statistically significant. This evidence concerns the gene CCNB1 and glioblastoma.
