NFKB1 and MALT lymphoma: Translocation-positive MALT lymphomas (from all sites) are characterized by an enhanced expression of NF-kB target genes, mainly TLR6, chemokine, CD69, CCR2 and BCL2, while translocation-negative cases are characterized by active inflammatory and immune responses, such as interleukin-8, CD86, CD28 and ICOS [208].
