According to the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and analyzed using UALCAN (http://ualcan.path.uab.edu, accessed on 20 November 2021) [26], Orai1 and Orai2 mRNA expression is significantly higher in breast cancer tissues than in normal tissues (Figure S1), and this difference was consistent across groups stratified by cancer subtypes (luminal, HER2 and triple negative; Figure S1b,d; p < 0.05).
