A cluster of differentiation 30 (CD30) is a transmembrane glycoprotein, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily, that is expressed on B or T lymphocytes in classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma (cHL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). Here, TNFRSF1A is linked to classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
