CD34+ EV concentrations were significantly, 3-fold higher in CD34+ AML patient samples (range: 10–80 × 103 EVs/μL PFP) compared to either the healthy individuals, CD34− AML, or B-ALL CD34− patient samples (range: 3–10 × 103 EVs/μL PFP) (Figure 2B, left panel).
