AKT1 and prostate neoplasm: Therefore, given the important involvement of AR and PI3K/AKT pathways in the development of prostate tumors and also the existence of such key clues about the regulatory roles of circHIAT1 and circCDR1AS in these pathways, we hypothesized that the expression levels of these two circRNAs could be altered in prostate tumors in relation to patients’ clinical phenotypes.
