Despite the differences in the detection mechanisms, the results of the two methods were in moderate agreement in this cohort with regard to the determination of the ER (ESR1), PR (PGR), and HER2 (ERBB2) levels, and the subsequent subtyping of breast cancer into luminal, HER2- enriched, or TN groups (Figure 2 and Table 2).
