ACE and hydrops fetalis: The 2021 ESC guidelines indicate the triad composed of an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor or angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI), a beta-blocker, and a mineralcorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA) (drugs with class I recommendation) as the cornerstone therapy for all patients with HF with reduced ejection fraction (EF) (HFrEF).
