Collectively, Cyp2b9 (Log2FC = 8.05), Cfd (Log2FC = 4.42), Aatk (Log2FC = 2.47), and Tpm2 (Log2FC = 2.11) are reported to be upregulated with a high-fat diet and are implicated as markers of diet-induced hepatic steatosis, promotion of lipid accumulation, high-fat diet induced apoptosis, and atherosclerosis (26–29). This evidence concerns the gene AATK and Hepatic steatosis.
