For the purpose of investigating the potential molecular mechanism of ENO3-triggered inhibition of oncogenic events in HCC, we detected the involvement of ENO3 in JAK/STAT, PI3K/AKT, and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways of which the activities are closely related to the carcinogenesis and progression of HCC (Moeini et al., 2012; Khemlina et al., 2017). This evidence concerns the gene SOAT1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
