The overall results clearly showed the in vivo radio-sensitizing activity of A83B4C63 in its NP formulation in wild type Luc+/HCT116 CRC xenografts in mice, which was in contrast to no statistically significant activity for the CE formulation of this PNKP inhibitor compared to control groups receiving empty NPs with or without IR (p > 0.05).
