Furthermore, high expression of CD147 and HE4 was significantly associated with the differentiation degree and FIGO (III-IV) stages of ovarian cancer, and predicted poor prognosis of ovarian cancer, indicating that the interaction between the two molecules participated in promoting the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer and affecting the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer.
