MFN2 and ovarian carcinoma: According to the results above, silencing DRP1 and MFN2 by siRNA provides a reliable means to manipulate mitochondrial dynamics in SKOV3 and SKOV3/DDP cells, and it is also important for exploring the role of mitochondrial dynamics mediated by DRP1 and MFN2 in the development of DDP chemoresistance in ovarian cancer.
