The most marked pathways of downregulated DEGs analyzed by KEGG analysis were mineral absorption, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), AMPK signaling pathway, tight junction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), T cell receptor signaling pathway, circadian rhythm, vitamin B6 metabolism, spliceosome, and GnRH signaling pathway (Figure 3(d)). The gene discussed is GNRH1; the disease is metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
