In the present study, our bioinformatics analysis also revealed that YTHDF1, HNRNPA2B1, and METTL3 were highly expressed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), respectively, and the expression of many other m6A regulators such as IGF2BP1, IGF2BP2, and IGF2BP3 was remarkably dysregulated across multiple cancer types. Here, YTHDF1 is linked to squamous cell lung carcinoma.
