Although TNFSF4 was not an independent protective factor for CM patients in our multivariate Cox regression analysis (HR = 0.956, p = 0.082), it was highly expressed in the ITS group and the low-risk score group, suggesting that as a protective factor of CM, it may exert a positive effect on immunotherapy and prognosis of CM. Here, TNFSF4 is linked to cutaneous mastocytosis.
