CXCL9 and rheumatoid arthritis: The most interesting finding we observed from this analysis was that ST2825-treated RA PBMC exerted a gene expression signature similar to that observed in healthy controls by downregulating the expression of several genes such as C1QA (Complement C1q subcomponent subunit A), C2 (Complement C2), CR1 (Complement receptor type 1), CCL22 (C-C motif chemokine 22), CX3CR1 (CX3C chemokine receptor 1), and CXCL9 (C-X-C motif chemokine 9).
