Network pharmacology demonstrated that neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction (important-related targets: HTR1A, HTR2A, GABRA1 and GABRG2), serotonergic synapse (important-related targets: HTR1A and HTR2A), and GABAergic synapse (important-related targets: GABRA1 and GABRG2) signaling pathways were involved in the effects of ZSS on insomnia. This evidence concerns the gene GABRA1 and insomnia.
