Result shows that the high mRNA expression of the PXR is positively correlated with the survival probability of LICH and READ cancer patients (Figure 4A and B), whereas negatively correlated with tumor stage and grade in LICH samples (Figure 4C), suggesting that PXR could be a protective factor in liver hepatocellular carcinoma and rectum adenocarcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene NR1I2 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
