Importantly, we demonstrated that circCCNB1 silencing could promote down-regulation of the targeted GPM6A by miR-106b-5p induced reduction of miR-106b-5p sponging, which subsequently up-regulated DYNC1I1 to activate the AKT and ERK signaling pathways and enhance the proliferation and metastasis of HCC cells.
