ALOX15 and colorectal carcinoma: Recent studies proved that oligomerizations of FZDs and LRP5/6 also caused a significant activation of ligand‐independent LRP5/β‐catenin signalling,37 and suppression of membranous LRP5 recycling and subsequent increasing of LRP5 lysosomal degradation by overexpressing 15‐Lipoxygenase‐1 (15‐LOX‐1), an important LA‐metabolizing enzyme, exerts obvious inhibitory effect on CRC via silencing LRP5‐mediated canonical Wnt/β‐catenin pathway.28
