For unresectable/advanced NSCLC, molecular targeted therapies are the standard, front‐line treatment for NSCLCs that harbor one of the following driver gene alterations: EGFR mutations, ALK fusions, ROS1 fusions, RET fusions, BRAF V600E mutation, MET exon 14 skipping mutation, and NTRK fusions.
