To further analyze the role of the POU2F1-ALDOA axis in oxaliplatin resistance of colon cancer cells in vivo, we established xenograft colon tumors by subcutaneously implanting with HCT116/L cells, HCT116/L-sh-POU2F1 cells, and HCT116/L-sh-POU2F1 + ALDOA cells into BALB/c nude mice. Here, ALDOA is linked to malignant colon neoplasm.
