Univariate analysis showed that baseline CA199 level, CEA level, total bilirubin level, peripancreatic invasion, NLR, operative procedure, lymph node metastasis, hepatic metastasis, number of distant organ metastasis, and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were the relevant factors affecting the prognosis of the PBTC subgroup (P<0.05). Here, CEACAM5 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
