It could be suggested that co-mutations composed of driver genes such as TP53-APC, APC-KRAS and APC-FRG1, and exclusive mutations such as TP53-CREBBP may represent specific liver metastatic molecular subtypes in primary tumor tissues, and these subtypes may be more inclined to develop liver metastasis than those without these co-mutations or exclusive mutations.
