SKA3 and breast carcinoma: Tang et al. (2019) reported that SKA3 might be a hub gene to regulate breast cancer metastasis to the brain. A recent study showed that circular RNAcircSKA3 was highly expressed in breast cancer cells and tissues. The combination of circular RNA circSKA3 with integrin β1 could enhance the invasion ability of breast cancer (Du et al., 2020).
