SPHK2 and Erythema: We found that the SPHK2 inhibitor significantly reduced the skin erythema (MD: −0.80; 95% CI: −1.02 to −0.58; p<0.00001), epidermal thickness (MD: −0.92; 95% CI: −1.22 to −0.62; p<0.00001), and total PASI scores (MD: −1.73; 95% CI: −2.90 to −0.56; p=0.004), while skin scales (MD: −0.80; 95% CI: −1.70 to 0.11; p=0.09) were not significantly changed after treatment with a topical SHPK2 inhibitor (Table 2 and Supplementary Figure 2).
