In this study, a dysfunction module is utilized to verify that miR-590-3 and SP1 motility factors can regulate neurons in Alzheimer's disease through the MPK signaling pathway, not only providing new insights into the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease but also laying a solid theoretical foundation for the biologists to further cure Alzheimer's disease. Here, SP1 is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
