When the median SLC52A2 expression value of 33 types of human cancers was chosen as the cut-off value by Kaplan–Meier analysis, the results have shown that the high expression of SLC52A2 was related to poor survival in ACC (OS, DSS, PFI), CESC (OS, PFI), HNSC (PFI), KIRC (OS, DSS, PFI), KIRP (OS, DSS), LGG (OS, DSS, PFI), LIHC (OS), SARC (DSS), MESO (OS) and UVM (OS, DSS, PFI), whereas no statistical differences existed in other tumors (Fig. 3A).
