Then, we analyzed the DNAJC10 expression in the single-cell RNA data to visualize the expression distribution of DNAJC10 among different intraglioma cell types, and found DNAJC10 was most highly expressed in GBM cells and immune cells (Figure 1B), and the violin plot and dot plot indicated that DNAJC10 was highly expressed in a big part of GBM cells and a small part of immune cells (Figure 1C). This evidence concerns the gene DNAJC10 and glioblastoma.
