Notably, the genes involved in regulating insulin signaling and glucose homeostasis, DPP4, FKBP1B, ICAM1, IGF1, IGF1R, INHBB, PTPRN2, STXBP5L, and VWA2, and the genes that regulate abiotic stress response, HPN, DNAJB1, FOS, IER5, HSPA6, and ARNT2 (Supplementary Table 1, Tab 13 and Tab 14), are also correlated with and/or promote anti- or pro-tumorigenic phenotypes, including in PCa.
