We further compared 8 core active targets of SQSBD and 26 targets related to AML signaling pathways, and 6 hub targets (CDK1, HSPB1, JUN, STAT3, PCNA, and MAPK1) were obtained, these targets may play a crucial role in the treatment of AML with SQSBD, because they were involved in PPI core network, enriched in KEGG signaling pathways, and regulated by active components of SQSBD (Figure 4B). The gene discussed is PCNA; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
