Our newly developed nCHI3L1 Abs exerted dual anti-tumor functions by inhibiting AKT, β-catenin and NF-κB oncogenic signaling in cancer cells and modulating an immunostimulatory TME with more tumor infiltrating M1/M2 and CD8+ T/Treg ratios in lung, pancreas and colon orthotopic syngeneic mouse models. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and neoplasm.
