As is shown in Figures 4A,B, CRS induced a noticeable decrease in the levels of p-mTOR/mTOR (n = 7, p < 0.001), in parallel with decreased phosphorylated levels of its substrates, p70S6K and 4E-BP-1 (n = 7, p70S6K p = 0.0058, p-4E-BP-1 p = 0.0047) (Figures 4D,E).
