MLKL and non-functioning pituitary adenoma: In comparing the level of RIP3K expression in NFPA subtypes, it was revealed that the MLKL expression level was significantly decreased in invasive (0.04508 ± 0.02991) and non-invasive (0.05657 ± 0.04615) NFPA tumors compared to normal pituitary tissues (P < 0.0001); while no specific difference was observed between NFPA tumors (Fig. 3B).
