CRP and rheumatoid arthritis: We found that ~ 80% of ACPA-negative RA patients with high CRP levels at diagnosis and early DAS remission achieved SDFR, whereas this was only ~ 45% in the ACPA-negative RA patients with early DAS remission but without CRP ≥ 3 times ULN and in ACPA-negative RA patients without early DAS remission (p = 0.02, Fig. 6A).
