In conclusion, as shown in Fig. 8, this study mainly supports the hypothesis that SCUBE3 inhibits the activity of GSK3β kinase by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway after binding to TGFβIIR, thereby inhibiting the degradation of CCNE1 and ultimately promoting the proliferation of HCC cells. This evidence concerns the gene CCNE1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
