After treatment with a miR-675 inhibitor and H19 siRNA, the qRT–PCR results showed that H19 and miR-675 levels were decreased, which enhanced the migration and invasion of HCC, accompanied by dramatically increased expression levels of Akt and Cdc25A and decreased expression levels of glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β) (Lv et al., 2014). Here, AKT1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
