SLC4A1 and invasive breast carcinoma: We found that the expression GITR, OX40, CD137, CD40LG, CD28, CD278, CTLA4, VSIR, and CD233 were downregulated in the high-risk group, which corroborated the results of the study of Hu et al. that upregulated immune checkpoint genes were positively associated with high immune infiltration and favorable prognosis in patients with invasive breast carcinoma (Hu et al., 2020).
