OTOR and cancer: Spearman analysis showed that the plasma FXIII-A level in patients with malignant solid tumors was significantly negatively correlated with D2 (p < 0.001), FDP (p < 0.001) and PT (p < 0.001) and positively correlated with fibrinogen (p < 0.001) (Table 2), suggesting that the decrease in FXIII-A might be related to increased fibrinolysis activity and enhanced coagulant consumption in patients.
