Figures 1F–I was stained with HPA001600 antibody. Finally, RT-qPCR results suggested that ELK3 expression in gliomas cells was markedly higher than that in normal astrocytes (Figure 1D), and the expression level in gliomas tissue samples was also markedly higher than that in normal brain tissues (Figure 1E). Based on multiple databases and experimental verification, ELK3 is abnormally highly expressed in gliomas and may be a promoting factor in the development of gliomas. The gene discussed is ELK3; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
