This prospective cohort study mainly explored the effect of the interaction between serum sclerostin level and miRNA-29b expression on aortic calcification in MHD patients and analyzed the correlation between aortic calcification and related outcome measures, such as mean arterial pressure (MAP), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and phosphate, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in hemodialysis patients and improve patients' mortality. Here, CRP is linked to cardiovascular disorder.
