Figure 7C shows the landscapes of the proportions of 22 immune cells in the selected BLCA patients. We found that the differences in naïve B cells (p < 0.001), plasma cells (p < 0.001), activated memory CD4 T cells (p < 0.001), regulatory T cells (p < 0.001), resting NK cells (p < 0.001) and M2 macrophages (p = 0.002) were statistically significant. Additionally, the differences in naïve B cells, activated memory CD4 T cells, and M2 macrophages were much greater than the others (Figure 7B). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
