LGI1 and Cognitive impairment: Patients with positive CSF LGI1 antibodies were significantly older (61.2 ± 12.5 vs. 53.6 ± 15.0 years, P=0.034), were more likely to show cognitive deficits (78.6% vs. 52.2%, P=0.027), and had a lower Barthel Index upon admission (76.9 ± 18.4 vs. 87.0 ± 17.4, P=0.036) and at discharge (78.8 ± 23.6 vs. 90.0 ± 13.1, P=0.016).
